Languages of the application

Idep.Web is available in 3 languages: French, English and German.
You can change the language by clicking on the desired language flag.

Deadlines

Intrastat declarations must be submitted by the 16th working day after the end of the month.
A deadline table is displayed by clicking on "Deadlines".

Company parameters

Information about the company is displayed on the main page of Idep.Web.
It is possible to modify your data by clicking on the link "Click here to change".

It is possible to define 4 different contacts. These email addresses are valid for the connection to Idep.Web (Two-factor connection).

• Primary contact. An acknowledgement is sent to the primary contact if the "Send a copy of the acknowledgement to the company’s main contact" is checked.
• Balance of payments. This option enables the balance of payments form.
  When sending this type of declaration, an acknowledgement is sent to the email address provided.
• Intrastat (arrivals). This option enables the declaration of goods imports into Luxembourg from the European Union. You must choose a threshold for this type of report.
  When sending this type of declaration, an acknowledgement is sent to the email address provided.
• Intrastat (shipments). This option enables the declaration of exports of goods from Luxembourg to the European Union. You must choose a threshold for this type of report.
  When sending this type of declaration, an acknowledgement is sent to the email address provided.

Overview of declarations

This page displays a list of declarations.

It is possible to apply different filters on the declaration table.

It is possible to view the details of a declaration by clicking on the declaration number.

The following operations are possible from this window.

• Create declaration: Creates a new declaration. Create declaration.
• Show: Displays the contents of an existing declaration. This option allows you to add/edit rows in an existing declaration.
• Delete: Deletes the selected declaration.
• Transmit: Send the selected declaration.
• Transmit+: Send all unsent reports. A table of reports to be sent is displayed before the declarations are sent.
• Replace: Replaces the existing declaration. This option allows you to modify an already submitted declaration.Modify an existing declaration.
• Header: Displays a summary of the selected declaration.
• Modify header: This option allows you to change the statistical period/flow.
• Print: Print the selected declaration.
• Total: Displays a list with the totals of selected declarations.
